NOTICE: 2019 Real Estate & Personal Property tax statements will be mailed out in December 2019.
Please keep the top portion of the statement for your records and return the appropriate stub with your payment. When a payment is made by mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a return receipt. Property owners are responsible for reporting address changes to the county Assessor's office. The Treasurer's office is not responsible for lost or missing statements.
The 1st half will become delinquent on May 1, 2020. The 2nd half will become delinquent on September 1, 2020. 14% interest will be added to all delinquent taxes. Please contact the Treasurer's office at 308-262-1177 to request total amounts of delinquent 2018 or prior taxes.

***NEWS FROM THE NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES***
On Tuesday, October 1-5, the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles
(DMV) will go live, with a modernized vehicle registration and titling system.
VicToRy replaces a program in place since the early 1990s. The modernized
system will expand online services with one of the new features being the
ability to check the status of specialty plates online. The modernized system
also promises to deliver a number of enhancements aimed at improving
fraud prevention and detection. Significant sacrifices have been made by
numerous counties, committing weeks of time and dedicating resources to
making VicToRy a success.
